We answer by email. The partner agreement includes the data processing terms (GDPR, art. 28).

Once the agreement is signed, you accept the Partner Terms and the portal goes live.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to be a partner?
Joining is free. Your clients pay the subscription at the partner price, or your company pays it when you run their accounts. The partner account includes two extra users.
Who pays each client's subscription?
It depends on how you work. For managed accounts your company pays, and the invoice is issued in your company's name and VAT number. For referred clients, the client pays.
Can I see my clients' invoicing data?
Only when the client gives you access, and only while they keep it. Without access you see the name, the client code and the overall state. Integration credentials are never shown.
Is the client tied to me?
No. The account always belongs to the client, who can withdraw access or stop being linked to you, and keeps everything: integrations, history and documents.
Which invoicing software and platforms are supported?
InvoiceXpress, Moloni and Vendus, from Shopify, Stripe, EuPago and Lodgify, among other integrations available on Rioko.
I have my own platform. Can I integrate?
Yes. The partner API lets you invite clients and follow their state from your platform, with keys created in the portal and public documentation.
How long does approval take?
Kapta answers by email, usually within a few working days. Once the agreement is signed, the portal goes live as soon as you accept the Partner Terms.
